The Junior League of Syracuse, Inc. (JLS) is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.

The Junior League of Syracuse, Inc. will be an organization of diverse women committed to enriching the quality of life for women, children and their families in the Central New York community.

For ninety years, the Junior League of Syracuse has trained women to be valued community volunteers.  Through volunteer service and financial support, Junior League and its members have been instrumental in the development and growth of educational, cultural and philanthropic assets in our community.

The Junior League of Syracuse celebrated 90 years of serving the Greater Syracuse Community on Tuesday, June 8. The celebration, "Around the Syracuse Community in 90 Years" was combined with the Annual Meeting. The entertainment, which went back in time to the days of the Follies, was not to be missed!
